We built this because we kept watching it go wrong
Our work has always been operational. Warehouses, procurement functions, supply chains that had grown faster than the processes holding them together. The recurring job was never explaining a requirement. It was getting a large number of people, most of whom did not report to us, to complete a specific task by a specific date.
What we noticed about EUDR
When the regulation started landing on people desks, the reaction inside operational teams was familiar. Someone was handed it late, read it in an afternoon, understood it perfectly well, and then discovered that understanding it did almost nothing to help.
What actually stood between them and being ready was a list of two hundred suppliers, a product master nobody trusted, evidence scattered across inboxes, and no way to answer the only question their colleagues kept asking, which was whether a particular order could be released.
The software being offered was mostly reporting. Dashboards showing a percentage. Risk scores. Maps. All of it downstream of a coordination problem nobody was solving, which is the part we happen to be good at.
What we believe, and where it shows up in the product
The bottleneck is people who do not work for you
Which is why the supplier portal needs no account, works on a phone, keeps failed uploads, and why chasing is automatic and stops the second somebody replies.
A percentage is not an answer
Which is why status is calculated per order from evidence actually held, and why the blocking reason always names an object and an action rather than a category.
You will be asked to explain yourself later
Which is why scope decisions carry the ruleset version that produced them, assessments are superseded rather than overwritten, and the audit log cannot be edited.
Overclaiming loses the room
Which is why we say readiness rather than compliance, why geolocation is described as readable rather than verified, and why simulated results are labelled as simulated.
The regulation will change again
Which is why product scope and country risk are versioned data loaded from official sources, and why the EU integration sits behind a single interface.
Getting started should not be a project
Which is why you can load your own exports, map your column names once, and see a readiness picture the same week rather than the same quarter.
How we work with clients
We are a small team and we would rather have twenty customers we know by name than two hundred we have never spoken to. That shapes everything: you get a person on the phone, we will tell you when we are not the right fit, and we would rather lose a deal than oversell what the product does.
We start with your data, not a demo account
Bring a product list and a supplier you are chasing. Seeing your own orders is worth more than any tour.
We say what is still manual
Every system leaves work for a human. We will tell you which work, before you buy, rather than after.
We are not your compliance adviser
We build the operational layer. Your legal and compliance advisers own the determinations, and we will not pretend otherwise.
